For a small $50 call out fee, we'll come to you and diagnose your computer's problems. From there, we'll provide you with a transparent breakdown of service fees so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancel up to 1 hour before, no fees. Reschedule up to 12 hours before, no fees. No-Show (Onsite): Full service charge for client no-shows. Notification: Changes via customer support only. Exceptions: Considered for emergencies. Contact support. Note: We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regulations.
